Payout Policy

1. Payment Timeline
Payments are processed within 3-5 business days after task approval. Once approved, funds are transferred directly to your bank account or UPI ID as selected during onboarding.
2. Payment Methods
We support multiple payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
- UPI
- Digital Wallets (as available)
3. Minimum Payout Threshold
There is no minimum payout threshold. Funds are transferred as soon as a task is approved and payment processing window begins.
4. Payment Calculation
Task earnings are calculated based on:
- Task complexity and scope
- Time estimate to complete
- Quality requirements
All rates are transparent and shown before you accept a task.
5. Task Rejection & Rejects
If your submission doesn't meet quality standards, we'll provide feedback. You can resubmit, and upon approval, payment will be processed.
6. Taxes & Compliance
You are responsible for reporting earnings to relevant tax authorities as per Indian income tax regulations. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your obligations.
7. Account Suspension
In case of account suspension due to policy violations, pending payments will be processed, but new payments will be withheld pending investigation.
8. Disputes
Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. Contact hello@campusarmy.in with transaction details and proof.
